Postage and Handling/Returns

Downunder Vapers is an Australia only online store, which means we do not post internationally, and do not allow pickups.

Postage is calculated in our checkout after you’ve entered your address details. All of our postage options are based on weight and size and amount. They are sent through Australia Post Express Post, Registered post and parcel post. Our store is open 7 days a week, but we only process orders from Monday to Thursday, so any orders placed on late Thurdsay, Friday & Weekend are dispatched on Monday. your order will be processed within 24 hours, and posted using Auspost services.

For an estimate on postage as you’re shopping, once you have products in your cart, simply go to the checkout enter your name and address details and click “NEXT”. You will then be able to view the postage cost.

We do not charge you for packaging or handling costs, we only charge you the cost of shipping with Auspost.

Generally, a Kit and other small items can be sent for $11.45 ($8.25+$3.20 registered) or $15.50 platinum express satchel . Up to 4 kits and accessories fit into a larger registered post satchel. Accessories under $25.00 can cost only $8.25 regular post & tracking, depending on size and weight. Express post satchels are $10.55. You will receive a delivery email with tracking details after it has been sent. All orders have tracking available.

Australia post are responsible for any loss of items in the mail not delivered by Australia Post, loss of items using regular mail with no insurance is not refundable by us. You have the option to use registered for an extra $3.20 if you do not want to risk losing your refund due to an Auspost service failure. We provide tracking on all orders.

Express post is not covered for loss and refunds, but it has tracking. Registered & Platinum Express is covered for loss or damage and can be refunded after we report the loss to Australia post. We are not liable to refund a lost parcel unless it is insured for loss or damage. Australia post services cover the amounts in their insurance.

Express post platinum is insured for up to $100 automatically, and if your order is worth more than $100 we will add extra insurance for free to cover any loss or damage.

Registered post is covered for up to $100.00 automatically, and if your order is more than $100 in value we will also increase the insurance value when paying for your parcel at the post office. We no longer offer really cheap uninsured postage for orders over $25.00.

If your item is lost or damaged please contact us immediately to request a claim with Australia post.

Returns

Rechargeable batteries are intended to last upto 300 charges. E-cigs are semi-disposable rechargeable devices. The products on this site are provided with a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt for defects only. Defective products should be returned to Downunder Vapers for replacement only, no refunds. You must contact us for replacement prior to returning any defective product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning products to Downunder Vapers, you must contact us.

There is no warranty or return on any Cartomizers. Atomizers and cartomizers are only replaced for DOA (dead on arrival). Due to the disposable and semi disposable nature of all atomizers and cartomizers, these items are not warranted. Should you have ANY problem with our products please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return and replacement. Your Communication with us makes us able to provide you with excellent customer service.
